Last updated: May 25, 2026
This policy explains what information DrewVee Media collects when you visit our website or get in touch about our services, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to the practices described here. If anything is unclear, email us at drewveeconnect@gmail.com.
At a glance
- We run a small media agency. We only collect the information we need to respond to inquiries, deliver work, and run the website.
- We do not sell your personal information, ever.
- We use a small number of cookies for site functionality and basic analytics. Details in our Cookies Policy.
- You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
Who we are
DrewVee Mediais a brand of T-Trove®, a sole-operator media company based in the United States. When this policy says “we,” “us,” or “our,” it refers to DrewVee Media / T-Trove®. “You” refers to anyone who visits our website or contacts us about a project.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you fill out a form on the site, send us an email, or book a call, we may collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number (if you include it)
- Your company or business name
- Any details you share about your project, goals, or questions
Newsletter signups collect only an email address. Contact form submissions are processed and stored in our intake system.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we automatically collect limited technical information when you visit, including:
- Your IP address and approximate location (city / region level)
- Browser type and version
- Device type and operating system
- Pages you visit, time on page, and referring URL
This helps us understand how the site is used, catch issues, and improve the experience. It is not used to identify you personally.
Cookies and similar technologies
We use a small number of first-party cookies to keep the site running smoothly and remember basic preferences. If you opt in through the cookie banner or the Cookie Preferences option in the footer, we also load Google Analytics 4 to help us understand aggregate site usage. IP addresses are anonymized. You can change or withdraw this consent at any time. See our Cookies Policy for the full list and details.
Analytics and advertising data (Google Analytics 4)
When you opt in through the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) with its full set of measurement features enabled, provided by Google LLC (“Google”). This helps us understand how visitors find and use the site so we can improve it. With GA4 enabled, the following information may be collected and processed by Google on our behalf:
- Standard usage data — pages visited, time on page, referring URL, scroll depth, outbound link clicks, file downloads, video engagement, and site searches.
- Device and browser information — device type, operating system, browser type and version, screen size, and language preferences.
- Granular location data — approximate location inferred from your IP address at the city level. We do not collect precise GPS location.
- Google Signals data — when you are signed in to a Google account and have enabled Ads Personalization in your Google account settings, Google may associate your visits to our site with your Google account in order to provide cross-device reporting, demographic and interest reporting (age, gender, interests), and remarketing audiences. You can opt out of Google Signals collection at any time at adssettings.google.com.
- Advertising features — remarketing and audience-building signals that allow us to present relevant messaging to people who have visited the site, including through Google Ads if we run a campaign in the future. We do not currently run paid ad campaigns, but the data may be collected to enable future campaigns.
- Modeled and inferred data — Google may use machine-learning models to fill gaps in measurement data (for example, when a user declines analytics consent) and to infer behavioral signals from observed activity.
- Custom event data— we record specific interactions on the site such as contact-form submissions, newsletter signups, and clicks on the “Book a call” button. These events may include non-identifying metadata such as which package or service you selected, but they do not include the contents of your message or any other information you typed into a form.
Google processes this data on our behalf as a data processor. Google's use of the data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and the Google Business Data Responsibility Center. You can prevent Google from collecting analytics data about your visits by declining cookies in our banner or via the Cookie Preferences option in our footer, by opting out through Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by using your browser's tracking-protection or do-not-track settings. Whether GA4 is loaded by default depends on the visitor's region: visitors from the European Union, EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland see an opt-in banner with no analytics loaded until accepted, while visitors from other regions see an opt-out banner or footer link with analytics enabled by default. Once a choice is recorded in the dv-consent cookie, GA4 follows that choice on every subsequent visit. See our Cookies Policy for the full regional breakdown.
Vercel Analytics
We also use Vercel Analytics, provided by Vercel Inc., for privacy-friendly aggregate page-view counts. Vercel Analytics is cookie-free and does not collect personal information or track you across websites. It runs whether or not you opt in to Google Analytics. See Vercel's Privacy Policy for details.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and deliver the services you've asked about
- Send requested updates, project communications, and, if you opted in, our newsletter
- Operate, maintain, and secure the website
- Understand how people use the site so we can improve it
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements
We will not use your information for any purpose materially different from what is described here without letting you know first.
How we share your information
We keep your information private. We share it only in these limited cases:
- Service providers we engage to run and improve the business — including, for example, hosting, email delivery, form processing, analytics, customer-relationship management, scheduling, payment processing, project management, and professional advisors. These providers receive only the information reasonably needed to perform their function and are contractually or otherwise obligated to protect it. We may add or change service providers at any time; our use of any specific provider does not create a relationship between you and that provider.
The current providers we rely on most directly include Vercel Inc. (hosting and privacy-friendly site analytics), Resend (delivery of contact-form emails to us), Kit (newsletter list management), Google LLC (Analytics, Business Profile, and authenticated form archival), and Cal.com (booking the “Book a call” intro meeting). Each is governed by its own privacy policy linked above. We may swap or add providers as the business changes; this list is illustrative, not exhaustive. - Legal requirements. We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, a valid legal process (such as a subpoena, court order, or government request), to protect our rights or property, to protect the safety of any person, to prevent fraud or abuse, or to enforce our agreements.
- Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, sale of assets, dissolution, bankruptcy, or similar corporate event, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- Affiliates. We may share information with our parent company, subsidiaries, and other affiliates for the purposes described in this policy, subject to the same protections.
- With your consent, for any other purpose we clearly describe at the time.
We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep your information
We keep your information only as long as we need it to provide our services, communicate with you, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Technical/usage data is generally retained for a shorter period and used only for diagnostics and security.
Keeping your information secure
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, including secure transmission (HTTPS), limited access to project files, and vendor relationships with providers that maintain industry-standard security practices. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

- Ask us what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate

Third-party sites
Our site may link out to third-party sites (portfolio videos on YouTube, social profiles, etc.). Those sites have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for them, and we encourage you to review their policies before sharing information.
